I started JuneFit to share my passion for fitness, and help others find enjoyment in movement. These training sessions will prioritize your individual goals, mentally and physically, by providing personalized programs written by me. My goal is to show my clients that fitness can be fun, while also seeing the results you want. Personal training sessions are one-hour sessions where you will not only get an amazing workout, but also learn along the way.

Your first workout is risk free! If after our first workout you don't think this is the right program for you, there is no charge!

When you sign up for one-on-one personal training, you will receive a complimentary consultation session where we will do a strength and fitness assessment, discuss any questions you may have, and identify your personal goals and expectations! Based on this assessment I will then develop a strategic weekly exercise program for you, customized to your desired results, availability, and overall goals. Each week I will update your exercise plan based on your current progress.
While we work together, you will receive a take-home version of all of these programs, to keep up with the progress we are making! Monthly progress checks are also available to keep us on track, and boost motivation. Sessions are available in-person or remote, and can be purchased in session packages.
