Your Personalized Fitness Plan
The first session’s on me! In this consultation, we will discuss your personal fitness goals, come up with a realistic (and fun) plan that works for you, and I will answer any questions you may have. Then, we will do a fully body 30 - 45 minute fitness assessment that I will use to design a personalized fitness plan based on your current fitness level and goals. This plan will include both a long term fitness strategy as well as your specific workout routine for your first workout with me. In subsequent workouts, I will modify and customize your routine to keep things fresh (and fun) and to account for your improved fitness levels and increased capabilities.
